New Wolf Willow Community Updates for Winter 2022

An exciting new year brings exciting new changes and updates to our Wolf Willow community. In early 2023 we’re welcoming new phases, neighbourhood landscape changes, and improved infrastructure, so let’s get into the details.

Infrastructure and Landscape

210^th Avenue will connect with Wolf Willow

With this major new road Wolf Willow will see even more accessible connection with neighbouring community, Legacy. This addition will expand access further southeast and make it even easier to come and go from the neighbourhood. The connection will be made from 194th via Wolf Willow Boulevard to 210th avenue SE.

Second storm pond will be completed this season

The construction for Wolf Willow’s second (and final) storm pond civil is almost complete — this means even better flood protection for the community. The landscape surrounding the area including greenery and pathways is also set to be completed in the future year.

The dog park is set to open in late spring 2023

Construction of the much-anticipated dog park is now underway and set to be complete for spring 2023! We can’t wait for you to have a space to meet more of your four-legged neighbours. This 9-acre fenced in, green space will be the first of its kind in the surrounding area and has some great features for you and your pooch including:

• A small and large dog area
• Dog agility equipment
• Dog watering stations
• Picnic tables
• Benches
• A trail loop

Design on Wolf Park and Deer Park are starting

Soon you’ll be able to enjoy our wolf and deer themed parks. In addition to Fish Creek Park, these parks will add even more ways to get outside in Wolf Willow. As a reminder, these parks are 2 and 3 of our 8 themed parks set to open in the community (Osprey Park was our first to open). Want to see what else is coming? Take a peek at our community page.

The big hill is going green

The big hill on the east slope of the community will soon be fully seeded so we’ll be seeing green on the drive into Wolf Willow this summer.

Paving will be completed in phases 4 and 6

Paving is nearly finished in phases 4 and 6. These phases feature a variety of move-up, laned, and zero lot line homes from Jayman BUILT, Morrison Homes, and Trico Homes and are some of the closest phases in the community to Fish Creek Park and the dog park.  Did we mention there are still quick possessions available in these phases?

New Home Construction

Phase 8 is kicking off for construction

Did you know phase 8 is the first phase along Wolf Willow boulevard leading you towards new 210th Avenue road? This means new homes to come alongside a new road in the community. For further details, and lot availability you can check out our lot map here.

River back lots are coming

Construction starting on phases 9 and 10 mean that river backing lots are coming to Wolf Willow. Enjoy a variety of product types including duplex, move up and laned; a beautiful river view; and incredible access to Fish Creek Park. Commercial

We’ll be welcoming a host of new businesses to the neighbourhood this summer

Our commercial building is opening this summer and bringing exciting amenities, restaurants, and shops to the community. These new businesses include Crystie’s Coffee House & Bistro, 1st Class Childcare, Liquor Barrel, Canco Fuel Gas Station, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Wolf Willow Dental, and Studio 17 Dance Company.
