2024 Key Developments: Completed Phases, Parks, and Infrastructure

2024 has been a year of major milestones for the Wolf Willow community, with numerous developments that are shaping the future of the neighborhood:

• Phase 8: Construction is complete, and the highly anticipated Wolf Park is now open. The park features walking paths, lush green spaces, and recreational areas, making it a perfect place for families to enjoy an afternoon in the community.
• Phase 9: Underground infrastructure for Phase 9 is complete, with surface development scheduled for completion in 2025. This includes the completion of Promenade Park’s connection to the Bow River and the future Deer Park. Phase 9 will include a mix of riverfront front garage homes and townhomes.
• Phase 10: The release of Phase 10 has brought additional homes and residential opportunities to the community. New showhome lots are now available for prospective buyers. • 210th Avenue: Now fully open, this major road extension will enhance connectivity between the Wolf Willow community and its neighboring Legacy community. This major road extension has made it easier than ever to travel between the two areas, improving access to the southwest, simplifying commutes in and out of the neighborhood, and making it even more convenient to reach the fantastic retail options within Legacy – including Township. With the new roadway now complete, residents can enjoy quicker, more convenient routes to surrounding areas, further enhancing the community’s appeal and accessibility.

Throughout 2024, the community saw several exciting enhancements:

• Dog Park Reopening: After recent upgrades, the Woof Willow Dog Park has reopened with improved features, making it a top destination for dog owners.
